About the role

Support the owner’s team as company-held properties move from buyer interest through closing. Build organized buyer relationships, keep approved property information current, and make the next step clear for everyone involved.

What you’ll work on

  • Maintain buyer relationships and document each buyer’s interests, questions and follow-up needs.
  • Prepare and share approved facts about company-held properties, keeping availability and transaction status accurate.
  • Coordinate approved property access and help keep buyer inquiries and transaction tasks organized.
  • Route offers, negotiation requests and contract questions to the authorized decision maker or licensed professional.
  • Keep CRM records current and coordinate handoffs with acquisitions, closing providers and the owner’s team.

What you’ll bring

  • Clear, respectful communication and reliable follow-up with buyers and transaction partners.
  • Comfort using a CRM, organizing property information and tracking multiple conversations.
  • Ability to distinguish verified property facts from estimates or items still awaiting review.
  • Relevant real estate, sales or transaction-coordination experience; describe your current license status when applying.

Professional requirements

The role follows the property owner’s authority and approved transaction procedures. Duties requiring a real estate license or broker supervision are assigned only when those requirements are met.
