How to use the practice test

Make your next study session count.

  1. Take a first pass without notes.

Use the 80-minute exam benchmark if you want to practice pacing. Answer from what you know so the result helps reveal your study gaps.

  2. Review the rule behind each answer.

Read the explanations and linked sources, including questions you guessed correctly. Explain why the other choices do not fit the facts.

  3. Study the gaps, then test your recall.

Start with topics you missed in the larger domains. Use focused drills on weak topics and a full outline sweep for untouched topics. Revisit the concepts without looking at the answers.

Before you begin

Practice test questions, answered.

Is this Pennsylvania title insurance practice test free?

Yes. All 257 practice questions, their explanations, and every study mode are free. No account or email address is required.

Are these actual PSI exam questions?

No. These are original educational questions created for this resource. They are not copied from the licensing exam. This practice test is not affiliated with or endorsed by PSI or the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.

How many questions are on the Pennsylvania title insurance exam?

The PSI Series 16-10 content outline lists 60 items and 80 minutes. The exam-practice mode draws 60 questions from the larger bank; the outline sweep is longer and untimed. Check the current PSI candidate bulletin and your appointment instructions for the rules and timing that apply to your exam.

Does a high practice score mean I will pass?

A score shows how you performed on these questions. It is not a validated prediction of your licensing exam result, and passing is not guaranteed. Repeating the same set can also measure memory of the answers rather than understanding.

How much of the exam outline does this cover?

The bank maps questions to 181 topics across all six sections of the PSI Series 16-10 outline. The full outline sweep includes each mapped topic; a 60-question session is a sample. One or two correct answers are limited evidence, and the bank cannot guarantee every way a topic may appear on the exam. This resource provides no continuing education credit or licensing certification.

What do the results show?

You get a score by subject, confident mistakes, correct answers marked unsure or guessing, and topics not yet assessed. Open any answer for explanations and sources, start a focused practice round, and copy or download your study report. Up to 12 session summaries remain in this browser; no test data is uploaded.
