A course built around understanding

A better answer starts with a better explanation.

01 / Find your starting point

Take a small, honest baseline.

Try 26 questions across all domains. Mark guesses as unsure so a lucky answer does not hide a gap.

02 / Learn and apply

Follow the rule through a real scenario.

Read a short lesson, work an example, then practice the topic. Use source links when you need the exact Pennsylvania rule.

03 / Practice, review, return

Build recall and exam pacing.

Take separate timed national and state practice exams. Review mistakes and uncertain answers, then revisit the concept after a break.

Counts reflect the official outline’s main domains. Lessons and practice are a starting resource for deeper study, not exhaustive coverage of every tested subtopic. Source review: October 15, 2026.

A flexible two-week review plan

Small sessions. Deliberate repetition.

After your approved coursework, use this sequence at your own pace. Spend about 30–45 minutes on a study block, and schedule the timed exams separately.

  1. Days 1–4: starting check, property, ownership, value, contracts and agency.
  2. Days 5–7: brokerage, disclosures, financing and math. Revisit earlier mistakes before new work.
  3. Days 8–11: Pennsylvania Commission, licensing, agency, conduct and transaction rules.
  4. Days 12–14: national and state timed practice on separate days, targeted review, and your official exam-day checklist.

Before you begin

Pennsylvania exam prep, explained.

Is this Pennsylvania real estate practice test free?

Yes. The lessons, question explanations, topic drills, starting check, and timed practice are free, with no signup or email required. Your study progress is stored in your browser.

How many questions are on the PA real estate exam?

The current Pearson outline lists 80 scored plus 5 unscored national questions, and 40 scored plus 10 unscored Pennsylvania questions. You have 150 minutes for national and 60 minutes for state. Our timed practice uses the 80 and 40 scored-question allocations and omits pretest items.

What score do I need to pass?

The Pearson handbook lists a 75% minimum and explains that reported scores are equated and scaled. Do not treat an app percentage as an official score or assume a fixed raw number of correct answers guarantees passing. You must pass both portions.

Does this replace the required 75-hour course?

No. This is independent supplemental exam preparation. New standard applicants generally need approved Real Estate Fundamentals (30 hours) and Real Estate Practice (45 hours), subject to official alternatives. Osmenic does not award prelicensing hours or a completion certificate.

Does Pennsylvania use Pearson VUE or PSI?

The current real estate salesperson program uses Pearson and Clarus for eligibility. PSI-branded real estate guides may be outdated. Pennsylvania title insurance is a separate licensing program with its own exam requirements.

How should I study for the state portion?

Focus on Pennsylvania agency and disclosure, licensee conduct, licensure, Commission authority, and the laws governing common transactions. Our five state modules distinguish PA rules from general national principles and link to the controlling sources.

Are these actual exam questions?

No. These are original educational questions. Osmenic is not affiliated with Pearson VUE, Clarus or the State Real Estate Commission. The bank covers all 13 main outline domains, but is not a promise to test every subtopic or predict every exam question.

How long should I study?

Start with the diagnostic and adjust to your results. Use the two-week review plan below as a flexible sequence after your required education, not as a promise that everyone will be ready in 14 days. Leave time for sleep, spaced review and official exam logistics.
